Comprising two days of inspiration, education and wisdom from some of the world’s most progressive thinkers, Serious Business^® is designed to expose hairdressers to new ideas, new people and sometimes radical thinking with the intention of expanding their worldview and sharing best practices—for business and life. Serious Business^® is now in its 12th year; past keynote speakers have included globally-renowned authors and lecturers Tim Sanders, Daniel Pink and Malcolm Gladwell alongside industry greats such as Robert Lobetta, Van Council, Nick Arrojo and the legendary Vidal Sassoon.

Aveda Business College is an in-depth business education series that will take salon owners and managers to the next level of business entrepreneurship.
